The total votes number of both the APC and the PDP give shocking results as they all add up to give 28.
APC: 15,424,921
PDP: 12,853,162
Adding them up one after the other gives,
APC: 1+5+4+2+4+9+2+1 = 28
PDP: 1+2+8+5+3+1+6+2 = 28
DATE OF ELECTION: MARCH 28
Is this coincidence or Hand of God?
